What is a fair queue?

Sharmanka has a fair queue mode. Here is information explaining what it is.

What it is?

Fair Queue is a setting that affects your music listening experience by adding tracks to the queue in a fair way.

For example, user #1 added 100 tracks to the queue. User #2 listens to music with him, and he also wants to play his tracks. Without a fair queue, his tracks will only play after 100 tracks added by user #1. But with a fair queue, tracks will not be added to the end of the queue, but closer to the beginning.
